日本発の環境会議、EcoDesign2009が�b文募集、環境を����レベルから社会へ
エコデザイン国際シンポジウム、EcoDesign2009が10�Q�`、��6�v�`を迎える。1999�Qに東�B�j学の須賀唯��教�bを中心に��1�vを開��した後、隔�Qで開��してきた。今�vはちょうど10�Qを経�圓掘�11�Q�`に入る。この間、欧�Δ�らWEEE（Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment）やRoHS（Restriction of Hazardous Substances）、さらにREACH（Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemicals）など、さまざまな環境�官�の���Uができた。
ただし、WEEEは日本の家電リサイクル法を真�瑤討任�た電気����の廃棄�v収に関する指令であるし、RoHS指令は�lフリーはんだやハロゲンフリーの�M�\性基��材料など日本の環境にやさしい材料を使おうとする動きを発�tさせたものだ。欧�Δ蓮�REACHにおいて初めて日本よりも先行して、�~害����の登�{�U度を�I����けさせた。日本は環境先進国だ。
最�Zはさらに低炭素社会とばかり、地球�a暖化の元�Vと見られる二�┣獣坐任糧��擇鰒�らそうという動きが��世�cベースで進められている。�盜颪離�バマ新�j統�襪�グリーンニューディール��策を不況�敢�の�k環として�]ち�屬押�経済浮揚のために環境�敢�を�W��するという新しいトレンドが�擇泙譴拭�こういった動きは、日本の�j学が提唱してきたエコデザインを後押しする。
そこで、10�Q�`を迎えたエコデザイン国際会議は、これまでのような����デザインを中心にしてきた考えをさらに広げて、経済的な指�Yも含めた社会の��念も含めよう、とその考えを広げ始めた。開��場所は札幌のロイトン札幌ホテル、開��日は12月7〜9日。����局では4月��までの間に発表�b文を募集する。テーマは以下の通りである；
